The ad agency currently has 9 offices, with their headquarters in Santa Monica will pay $200 million over 15-years to house 575 employees into 227,000 square feet of space by November 2010. The new space will be redesigned meeting environmental standards established by the U.S. Green Building Council (who provides LEED certifications).
The agency's client roster includes: Honda, MGM, and VH1. RPA will join a cluster of other creative and tech businesses in and nearby Playa Vista: Deutsch, TBWA Chiat/Day, Fox Interactive Media, MySpace, and Belkin International.
