Movin' on Up...July Sales

Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) just released today that pending home sales in June rose 5.3 percent in all four regions. The latest reading is the highest since October 2007. Click here to read the Chief Economist's commentary and outlook.

This upswing can be seen in home sales in Playa Vista last month. Total sales volume rose 7.3 percent in July from June 2008.
