Getting Connected

The powerhouse of the electronic accessories industry, Belkin International Inc., will make the $1.2-billion office complex in Playa Vista the new home for its headquarters late next year.

Belkin will occupy 150,000 square feet, of new environmentally conscious office space in the four-building first phase of the business campus.

This 64-acre site housing the new business complex was once operated by the Howard Hughes Empire in the 1940s. In addition to the corporate complex, new amenities will include landscaped gardens, athletic courts/sports fields, skateboard park and water treatments.
